Absolutely! Every new client gets a meet and greet with me before your dog’s first walk. We’ll discuss all your requirements and get to know your dog.
We recommend not feeding your dog for at least 1 hour before the walk to prevent potential bloat. If you want, I can feed your dog after I drop them off at home.
No more than 4 dogs. This is in accordance with local council legislation. Group dog walking is a really good way to let your dog socialise as well as build their confidence. Not to mention, its loads of fun!
100%! You have three time slots to choose from: 9-10am, 11:30-12:30 and 2-3. Add on an hour each side of these times for collection and drop off of all dogs on your chosen time slot. I do my best to stick to these times however things like the traffic, dog locations and weather can have an effect on timings.

If you book 2 consecutive walks, your dog will get the chance to have a snooze in their van crate between walks, recharging for the next adventure. If you choose to book the first and last walk of the day, your dog will be dropped home to rest and recharge in between walks.
All our walks are 1 hour long. Please do add on an hour either side for pick up and drop home. These times may vary on the day depending on the dogs locations, traffic or weather.
We walk rain or shine! Our van handles muddy paws, and dogs get cleaned and dried. If the weather is super hot we will take a leisurely walk sticking to shaded areas. The van is also air conditioned as well as carrying cooling mats. Water is provided at the end of every walk regardless of weather.
All walks are carried out in local parks in South London where it is safe, secure and stimulating for your dog. We will vary the locations daily in order to provide variety. These locations are never shared on social media to add extra security
Absolutely! One of the biggest benefits of group dog walking is how much it can improve your dog’s socialisation and confidence. Therefore if your dog is a nervous but non aggressive, we will buddy them up with another friendly dog to show them the ropes and build their confidence. We love to see dogs grow and build relationships with new mates!
Don’t worry, we are fully insured to hold a set of your keys. This allows us to collect and drop off your dog while you’re not at home. All keys are kept in a key safe at my home address and will never be marked with anything other than the name of your dog.
I have training in dog handling and canine first aid and 2 years experience from previous employment, your dog is in good hands. All dogs wear GPS trackers for added safety.
In an emergency, we’ll contact you immediately. If we can’t reach you and urgent vet care is needed, we’ll take your dog to your nominated veterinary surgery.
Absolutely! You are in full control of bookings via our My Pet Walker app, be it ad-hoc or regular walks.
Yes, Woofers is fully insured and DBS-checked with canine first aid training.
Of course! We know life chops and changes from time to time, which is we why we have a 24 hour cancellation policy that will ensure there’s no cancellation fee. All bookings can be managed in your My Pet Walker app.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer evening walks currently. Our last walk is at 2 pm, Monday to Friday.
Yes, please! Use our booking system to book and pay securely with a debit or credit card.
No, but we look forward to having your dog back after seven days from the last sign of season.
We love all breeds here at Woofers! We meet all dogs before walking them, subject to a trial period. Unfortunately, we are not able to walk banned breeds.
We will only let your dog off the lead once we have assessed their recall.
You must have also agreed to the off lead policy via our app. If your dogs recall isn’t quite there yet, we prefer to keep them on a long lead and let them run and play with their mates in safety.
We want all dogs to enjoy their walks with Woofers, so if this situation arises we will notify you and switch accordingly.
